This new condo, located at the Gables of Copano Bay comes complete with walk-in outdoor swimming pool, hot tub just outside the back door along with a 450 foot lighted dock shared with the other guests/owners of this small gated community of only 32 units. This unit is one of only 5 that overlook the bay from the living/dining room windows or walk out onto the covered patio and enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise or set. Temporary boat docking is located at the end of the dock.**

Rockport/Fulton is charming with its numerous art galleries and quaint little shops for a day of leisurely browsing and shopping. There are an abundance of local eateries to choose from that will please your palate and many which will prepare your catch of the day. You may choose to stay in and cook your own catch with the fully equipped kitchen or just order in a pizza.

Reservations & Deposit
Call Rhonda at 830-708-6827 to check availability and book your reservation. A major credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A security deposit of one night rental is required. Deposit is returned if canceling before 7 days of reservation date. Less than 7 days, deposit is not returned but will be applied to a future reservation within 1 year. In the event damage is found or extra cleaning is necessary, additional charges may be applied to the credit card on file.
